Our ceremony will begin promptly at 4:00 PM. We kindly suggest arriving between one hour to 30 minutes prior to the ceremony to allow plenty of time to find parking, locate your seat, and settle in before we begin. We can’t wait to celebrate with you!

We’d love for our guests to dress in cocktail attire to celebrate this special occasion. Think semi-formal, elegant, and comfortable for a night of dancing and joy. Ladies, you might want to consider wearing chunkier heels, wedges, or other dance-friendly styles to stay comfortable throughout the evening. If you have any questions, feel free to reach out!

Unless specified on your formal invitation, we kindly ask that you do not bring a guest. Due to venue capacity and a strict guest list, we are only able to accommodate those formally invited. Thank you so much for your understanding!

Our ceremony and cocktail hour will be held outdoors, followed by dinner indoors. For the reception and dancing, we’ll enjoy a mix of both indoor and outdoor spaces. Please plan accordingly for the weather!

Ubers, Lyfts, and rideshares are unreliable in Lake Arrowhead, so please do not rely on these options. The venue recommends other transportation methods, which are listed on the accommodations page. For those using transportation services, arrivals and drop-offs are welcome starting one hour before the ceremony.

Yes, parking will be available at the venue for all guests. Please use the asphalted lot located behind/below the barn. Overflow parking will be available in designated areas. We kindly ask that guests avoid parking on the main street, access roads, or driveways surrounding the venue. Overnight parking is not available. Thank you for your understanding!

Yes, the venue, buildings and restrooms are all handicapped accessible. Handicap-accessible parking spaces are conveniently provided in front of the Groom’s Suite. The venue also has a golf cart readily available for assistance across the property and parking lot if needed.
