Some additional information regarding the room block at The Hampton Inn & Suites-Sharon

•There are blocks for Thursday (11/6/25) and Friday (11/7/25). As seen below, check-in is at 3:00pm Friday, which falls in line with the start of the ceremony. I have spoke with the hotel staff, they cannot guarantee early check-in but believe that it should not be an issue. They recommend calling in that morning to see if early check in, is available.

•There is a shuttle from the hotel to the wedding venue (and from the reception to the hotel at the end of the night). If you are not able to check in prior to the shuttle leaving, your vehicles can be parked at the hotel with your belongings and you are able to check in after the reception.

The Hampton Inn & Suites-Sharon, PA located on PA18 South (exit 4 B-Stay to the left at the fork) off I-80 and directly behind Park Inn by Radisson is holding a block of rooms for the Mertz - Davis Wedding Reception, 11/06/2025–11/08/2025. We are the premier hotel for the Sharon area and would love to have you stay with us.

When booking your reservation, call the hotel directly by dialing 724-528-3030 and be sure to mention that you are with the “Mertz - Davis Wedding, 11/07/2025 to receive the discount! You can also book online, or on the Hilton Honors App by using GROUP CODE: MDW. We just need to know what your arrival and departure dates are.

The hotel strongly encourages that a guest book as far in advance as possible in order to avoid a “sell out” situation. The last day to reserve rooms under this block October 06, 2025. Any rooms booked after this date will be at the hotels regular rate. Rooms must be cancelled 24 hours before your day of arrival with a confirmation number to avoid cancellation charge.
Please note that check in is 3pm or later, we will not guarantee ANY early check-ins for the day of your arrival.
