Our story unfolded in a quirky twist of fate. Introduced by our manager at work, I had just relocated to the lively Beltline area while Josh was already a familiar name around town. He generously played tour guide, unveiling Atanta's hidden gems.

After our initial introduction, we had our first memorable meeting at Decatur's Brick Store Pub. The pub was strangely empty that evening, which led Josh to humorously joke about renting out the entire bar for us. Despite anticipating an awkward evening with a stranger, one drink turned into dinner at the Iberian Pig, followed by a slice of cake at Java Monkey, and that marked the beginning of our journey.

I cautiously kept Josh at arm's length. However, his persistence, genuine kindness, and undeniable charm gradually broke down my defenses. As Josh likes to tease, he was dating me before I even realized it. The question of when we officially started dating remains a mystery to us both, but we settled on August of 2018 as our best guess.

Since then, our journey has been a whirlwind of adventures. From running races together and navigating a pandemic to purchasing a home, conquering mountains and exploring new cities. Each step of the way has brought us closer. Now, our biggest adventure awaits as we prepare to say 'I Do' and embark on a lifetime of new experiences and adventures!
