There will be a designated smoking area. We just ask you be respectful of the venue and throw your butts in the trash

Yes the venue has complete heat and air conditioning if needed.

When you arrive, there is a parking lot to the right. Park there and there is a golf cart shuttle to bring guests to the venue, or it is a very short walk. Feel free to drive up and drop guests off and then go park too.

The dress code is Dressy Casual Attire. For this time of year in Tennessee, may we suggest the following attire: Women - sundresses, lightweight separates and flats or wedge heels for the outdoor ceremony on the lawn. Men - light dress shirt with khaki or other lightweight slacks; jackets and ties optional

This is an outdoor venue, The walk up to the venue is a gravel driveway, ceremony is on grass (weather permitting), so wear shoes accordingly.

The reception is indoors - if it rains the ceremony will be too

We are having a cookie bar at the reception. You do not have to bring anything, however if you have a family or traditional recipe you would like to contribute, please let Laura know and bring the cookies in a disposable container that does not need to be returned.
