There is a hotel block reserved at Fairfield Inn & Suites in Jasper. If you reserve your room before May 17, 2025, you will get a discounted rate. Check the "Travel" tab for more information including a link to receive the discount.

We have arranged for a limo bus to start transporting guests from the Fairfield Inn and Suites in Jasper to the wedding venue starting at 3:30. It is a 16 minute drive. This limo bus will also take guests back to the hotel at the end of the night at different times depending on when guests prefer to leave.

The wedding is a semi-formal event. While it is not a black tie event, please no t-shirts or jeans.

Please RSVP by May 19th so we can plan accordingly.

We would love to include everyone's children, but due to space restrictions, we are only able to have the adults who were included on the wedding invitations.

Indianapolis International Airport will likely have the least expensive tickets, it is a 2 hour drive to the venue. Louisville International Airport will have moderately priced tickets, it is an hour and 13 minute drive to the venue. Evansville Regional Airport will likely have the most expensive tickets, it is a 1 hour drive to the venue.

You may leave your car parked overnight to be picked up the next morning. We have a limo bus transporting guests back to the Fairfield Inn and Suites in Jasper at the end of the night. Please plan accordingly.
