Michael met Laura as she was leading devotion when he came to shadow at her clinic. They kept findings ways to see each other after realizing they were part of the same summer Bible study. Soon after, they started going on dates and attending church together. Somewhere along the way, they fell in love, survived a hurricane together, and began parenting two cat children.
