Silver Fork Lodge is at 8,000 ft (2,500 meters). If you're coming from sea level and not used to the lower pressure (about 20 % less) it's not uncommon to feel a little more lethargic. The best way to offset this is to maintain hydration. Please also keep in mind that night temperatures drop, it will be chilly out!

At the SLC airport it's very easy and convenient to rent a car. Though there's ample transportation from SLC airport into the city via public transit (UTA), and Ubers, getting to Park City or Big Cottonwood Canyon is very difficult via public transit from SLC which is why we recommend renting a car. There is plenty of parking at the wedding venue. If renting a car is a limiting factor for you please reach out to us.
