Our story began during youth football season—a time filled with energy, teamwork, and unexpected beginnings. I was a coach, and despite the league telling her my team was full, fate had other plans. I ended up coaching her son, setting the stage for our paths to cross.

When we first met face to face—not on the field, but in a more personal moment—I instinctively reached out for a handshake. To my surprise, she greeted me with a hug instead. That unexpected gesture broke the ice and set the tone for everything that followed. From that very first meeting, it felt like life itself had accelerated. We made every spare moment count, getting to know each other deeply and genuinely.

As time went on, our bond only grew stronger. We faced trials and tribulations, but we always tried our best to endure—side by side. Our journey hasn’t been perfect, but I’m grateful it was never traveled alone. Through every high and low, we realized we’d rather face it all together. And now, we’ve made the ultimate choice: to walk this road hand in hand, through all the goods and bads, the ups and downs, until death do us part.
