Yes! The dress code for our wedding is Formal/Black Tie and we encourage our guest to wear jewel tone colors. Please no white dresses. We ask that men wear dark suits or tuxedos and women wear dresses or formal evening pants.

No, both the ceremony and reception will be held indoors. Thank goodness for the air conditioning!

Please arrive no earlier than 4:00 pm and no later than 4:45. The doors will be locked at 4:55. You will not be let in until the ceremony is over. Love you.

As much as we wish we could invite absolutely everyone, please only bring who we have listed on your RSVP for you. If you have any questions about this please do not hesitate to reach out to either of us!

We request guest do not bring their kids unless we have stated them on the RSVP spot. We hope everyone understands.

Yes! There is a link on our website page to book a room or you can the Embassy Hotel in Hoover, AL and let them know you are booking under the Velazquez/Williams Wedding.

During the ceremony, we request everyone's phones are put away. We have amazing photographers that will capture every moment! The rest of the night, please take ALL the pics! We will even have a QR code that you can use to send us all the pictures you take!

After the ceremony, there will be a Mix & Mingle Soirée. During this time there will be games, beer and wine, and hors d'oeuvres.

Literally the next room! The only traffic you'll have to get through is when finding your seat.

During the ‘Mix and Mingle Soiree’ and dinner there will be beer and wine served. After dinner we will open it up for an opened capped bar of beer, wine, and spirits.

The reception will end at 11:00 pm, but we can continue the celebration afterwards.
