The Ceremony: please arrive at 5:00pm to be seated in a timely manner. The ceremony will begin promptly at 5:30pm. The Cocktail Hour: drinks will be served in the Grand Rotunda 6:00pm to 7:00pm. The Reception: dancing and dinner will take place 7:00pm to 11:00pm.

To book at either hotel, please call Crystal Springs Resort 877-705-2286 to book over the phone and be sure to mention the Villano/Curry-Modula wedding for the discounted rate. Unfortunately, in order to get the discounted rate you must book by phone, not online. There is limited availability in the block so please book soon!

Crystal Springs Resort in Hamburg, NJ encompasses two distinct lodging options: Grand Cascades Lodge (where the wedding is taking place) and Minerals hotel (7 minutes down the road). While they are both part of the same resort and located 3 miles apart, they offer different experiences tailored to various preferences and budgets. Either address is fine to use as they are both located in the same place.

While we encourage everyone to take advantage of the resort activities and discounted rate, there is no pressure to stay both Friday and Saturday night. While there is nothing official planned for Friday night, we will likely stop by Crystal Tavern, the bar/restaurant located in Grand Cascades, around 7:30pm on Friday night if anyone is interested in joining! Kids are also welcome.

For guests staying down the road at the Minerals Hotel, we will be providing shuttle service for the 7-10 minute ride to the wedding. Please plan your departure time accordingly. Shuttle leaves at 4:20pm and 4:40pm on Saturday.

We’re so excited to celebrate with all of our favorite people! Due to venue capacity and our hope to keep the celebration intimate, we’re only able to accommodate the guests listed on your invitation. If your invite includes “and Guest,” you’re welcome to bring a plus one—otherwise, we appreciate your understanding and can’t wait to celebrate with you!

While we love your little ones, we’ve decided to keep our celebration to a young-adults+ only event. If your invite says “The Smith Family,” that means your kids are included—we can’t wait to see you there!

There is an indoor pool at both Minerals Hotel and Grand Cascades Lodge. Since the wedding will take place after Labor Day, the outdoor pools will most likely be closed at both locations. Please check the Crystal Springs Resort website for additional details.
