Just over 5 years ago, Laura and Colin met at a bar in Hamburg called Coyote Cafe. As Laura was out with a couple of her girlfriends, Colin noticed her sitting at a booth and came over to talk to her. It was love at first sight! Colin had to wait to take Laura out on a date because she was leaving the next day to study abroad in the Dominican Republic! As Laura was gone, Colin talked to her every day. The day she returned, they went on their very first date and they both knew they had something that could last forever.

One crazy cat, a pandemic, and an apartment later... Colin asked Laura to marry him in the place they always go to for their anniversary and Valentine's Day: Ellicottville! February 10th, 2023 is a day they will remember forever.
