It was a warm August night when Corey and Laurel had their first date at the Black Sheep Pub in Philadelphia, PA. 

As Corey likes to say, he knew Laurel was the one when she sat down and ordered a Miller Lite. Later that night, he claims to have told his Uber driver, “I just met his wife.” We should mention that about 30 Miller Lites had been consumed that evening, and that statement hasn’t been substantiated.

After their date, Laurel immediately texted her sister in law, Courtney and cousin, Anna to tell them about Corey. They can confirm, Laurel was smitten from the start. 

Shortly after their first date, Corey and Laurel were inseparable. They met each others friends (on the second date) and families. Laurel's pup, Quincy quickly became their pup, Quincy and the rest - is history. 


Corey proposed to Laurel at their Fishtown home a week before their one year anniversary because he, “just couldn't wait any longer.” Laurel cried 1000 tears and through sobs, said yes. It was perfect. 

They can't wait to celebrate their love story with the people that mean the most to them.
