Please RSVP by May 1st. We will need to give our caterers a final head count shortly after. If you truly cannot RSVP before May 1st, please contact us individually so we can help out!

We will be providing transportation between the venue and Golden. Buses depart at 3:00pm, at the Mariott on 1717 Denver West Marriott Blvd, Golden, CO. There is parking at the venue if you prefer to drive yourself. There aren’t any “mountain roads”, but make sure you’re comfortable driving this stretch of I70 at night. The shuttles will depart the venues at 8pm and 10:15 pm.

Our ceremony starts at 4pm. We suggest you arrive up to 30 minutes early to find a seat and mingle.

We have the venue until 10pm.

Our ceremony and reception will be semi-formal attire. Picture cocktail dresses, mid length dresses, or two piece sets for the ladies; Suits or a blazers for the men. Our ceremony is outdoors and while there are walk ways, there is a good amount of grass and gravel. Plan your shoes accordingly!

1. Your ID (The bar will card you) 2. Sunglasses/Sunscreen - the ceremony is outdoors and hopefully the sun will be out (and it is strong at higher altitude). 3. Your dance moves! FYI - the venue does not allow outside alcohol, they will remove any guests with outside alcohol.

Please let us know on your RSVP if you have any dietary restrictions or allergies so we can make accommodations with our caterers. If we don’t know ahead of time we cannot promise we will have the perfect meal for you.

We know that traveling to a wedding can be a bit involved and having you celebrate with us is more than enough. If you want to get us a gift but don’t see the perfect one on our registry, we’d love it if you brought us your favorite bottle of wine and tell us why it’s special to you, so we can make it special to us as well.
