Our Wedding

Lauren and Gavin met through an online dating app. First date was on supposed to be just at a restaurant then it turned into 3 dates in one. Neither Gavin or Lauren wanted the date to end so after some Korean BBQ, they went to the country bar called Montana’s. Big question is…did Gavin dance there? Nope!&nbsp;No dancing involved but lots of talking. Lauren brought up that she wanted to see the new Godzilla movie, next thing they knew they were headed to the movie theaters to watch it.&nbsp; The date ended and two days later they went on a hike together. People watching and talking the entire time (Lauren trying her best not to fall). Found out they both had the same values, loved to travel, and the outdoors.&nbsp;Gavin texted Lauren every day (😱) and soon they were inseparable. About six months later they moved in together right before the pandemic. Despite having the extra pressure of the pandemic, they both described living together as easy. Like they’ve known each other forever.&nbsp; They have traveled to Joshua tree, Niagara Falls, Ireland, dispersed camped, gone off-roading, and have made it a goal to see all the US National Parks. Gavin has learned to dance (kind of) and posing for pictures. While Lauren has learned about cars and how to drive stick shift.&nbsp; They currently live together in Palmdale with their two cats, Charlie and Smokey, and their puppy Denali.&nbsp;They are so excited to start their next adventure and celebrate with you!

Lauren and Samm have been friends forever. Lauren would hug Samm’s mom when Samm was still in her belly. They grew up playing soccer, watching movies, quoting their favorite shows and movies, having sleepovers, and going on trips together. They become sisters and like sisters they fought and made up with each other over and over. Lauren's favorite memory with Samm is when they went to Bass Lake with Samm's family. While they were inter-tubing, Samm and Lauren would repeatedly quote from their favorite show "Friends" and almost fall off due to laughing. When they were young, they made a promise that no matter what happened they would always be in each other’s life. Now here they are, side by side on Lauren’s important day. 💜

Samantha Salaiz

Gavin met JT in seventh grade. Gavin and JT spent a lot of time playing video games together and when they grew they went on hikes and trips together. Gavin believes JT is a trustworthy and genuine person. Gavin's favorite memory with JT was on their cross country trip, JT needed to stop everywhere to take pictures of bugs and plants. Gavin thinks very highly of JT and recently helped him move up to Oregon. Gavin is happy to have his best man by his side on the big day.

James Theodore Stamm

Kaitlin is Gavin's younger sister. When Lauren met Kaitlin, she was planning her own wedding. Kaitlin and her family opened their arm's to Lauren and welcomed her into the family. They have gone camping together and off-road adventures. When life and COVID happened, Kaitlin asked Lauren to be her bridesmaid in her own wedding. Lauren gladly accepted and helped decorate for the bachelorette weekend. Lauren's favorite memory with Kaitlin is actually at the bachelorette weekend, they may have had too much drink (the night ended with Lauren making an Irish getaway to the bed), just talking the whole time and getting to know each other. Lauren is happy to share this day with her future sister in law by her side!

Kaitlin Hardcastle

Gavin met Chad camping in Taboose when they were kids. Gavin and Chad bonded over the love of dirt bikes and camping. Chad is now Gavin's brother-in-law, he married Gavin's younger sister Kaitlin in 2020. Gavin's favorite memory with Chad is when they rode up to Mutton and Jeff, then climbing up a snowy moutain in their riding boots. Gavin thinks Chad is hard-working and appreciates that Chad is always willing to lend a helping hand if he needs it. Gavin is happy to have his brother-in-law by his side on his important day.

Chad Bryant

Erica is Lauren's cousin, she is two years younger than Lauren. They grew up living 5 minutes away from each other and spent basically every weekend together. Erica is fun-loving, free-spirited, and life of the party. As they grew up, Lauren and Erica had their differences but still remained close. Erica became an intelligent, beautiful, spunky, and the most down to earth person. Lauren admires that Erica will always stay true to herself no matter who is watching. Lauren's favorite memory with Erica is on Lauren's 24th birthday with a few friends went up to Big Bear to celebrate and spent the whole weekend basically at the cabin. Lauren always thought of Erica as more of a sister than a cousin because no matter what they go through, they are family and will never stop supporting each other. Lauren is happy to have her cousin by her side on her important day.

Erica Argandona

Jared is Gavin's older brother, they are 7 years a part. Jared and Gavin stay up at night to play rock band and went hunting together with their Dad. Gavin and Jared get together on game nights and camping trips, non-stop discussions about cars and future off-road adventures. Gavin's favorite memory was the trip when they went hunting with their Dad and got their first deer in Idaho. Gavin thinks very highly of Jared and believes he is a good and honest man. Gavin is happy to have his brother by his side on his important day.

Jared Hardcastle

Christina is Lauren's older brother's girlfriend. Ever since Christina has entered their lives, Lauren has never seen her brother, Chris, so happy and smiling so much. Christina is down to earth, fun-loving, kind, and compassionate. Lauren and her family have welcomed Christina into their family. Lauren could not imagine having this day without her future sister-in-law by her side.

Christina Lama

Chris is Lauren's older brother, they are about 6 years a part. Lauren always watched her older brother and learned from him (what to do and what not to do). Chris both inspired and tormented Lauren, lovingly. Typical sibling torment occurred such as waking up Lauren and farting in her face, chasing her around the house wearing a ghost face costume, telling her "get out of my room!", and wrestling over the remote. Chris inspired Lauren by doing whats right by him and following his own path. In Lauren's opinion Chris is a mixture of Archer from the show "Archer" and Schmitt from the show "New Girl". He is sarcastic, can be a smart a**, and likes to party. Chris is also loving, supportive, and compassionate when he lets you see that side. Lauren's favorite memory with Chris is when Chris moved back home. He would always criticize the shows Lauren was watching like "New Girl" and "Criminal Minds". One day when Lauren came home, she saw that he was watching those shows! He actually liked them! Lauren could not imagine this day without her brother by her side, supporting her.

Chris Arangua

Camy is Lauren's younger cousin, they grew up living five minutes away from each other. Camy was always more shy and a bit of book worm, like Lauren. Lauren and Camy grew up playing with each other and going on trips. Lauren loved Camy's infectious laugh and would always try to make her laugh. Lauren's favorite memory with Camy is when Lauren would sing "The Lady Marmalaude" song to her and Camy would bust out laughing at the french verse. Lauren cannot remember why it was so funny but Camy could not stop laughing. Lauren has watched Camy grow in to a TALL, beautiful, smart, kind, and amazing person she was meant to be. Lauren is so happy to be spending this day with her little sister by her side.

Camryn Argandona

Cole and Gavin met in grade school, around first grade. Cole and Gavin were neighbors, they got into a lot mischief together. They would find the biggest hills to ride down, built a lot of forts, and they even built a house (it still stands). Gavin's favorite memory with Cole is running up in down the street in Cole's go kart. Gavin thinks Cole is very hard-working and kind person. Gavin is happy to have his friend by his side on his important day.

Cole Bescoby

Lauren and Krista went to high school together. Lauren spent her time in high school jumping from group to group depending on what class she was in and knew Krista. Krista told Lauren (way later) that she always thought Lauren's main group in high school the Bacon Squad (cool name right? lol), as the "cool group". After college and when Lauren was doing a lot of work on herself, Lauren branched out and began inviting Krista to everything she did. Krista and Lauren became close. Lauren thinks Krista was kind-hearted, smart, funny, goofy, and great company to have around. Krista was invited on family trips to the river and camping trips with Gavin. Lauren's favorite memory with Krista is when she was teaching her family how to do "The Bus Driver" dance at the river. Lauren is happy to have Krista by her side on this big day!

Krista Woodward

Russel and Gavin met in the seventh grade. They went to the same school together in junior and high school. Rode their bikes together and hung out. Gavin's favorite memory with Russel is snowboarding at Mountain High. Gavin believes Russel is a reliable and caring friend that will have his back no matter what. Gavin is happy to have his friend by his side on his important day.

Russell Pollak

Elizabeth is Lauren's cousin. When Elizabeth was born, it changed Lauren's world view. Elizabeth only allowed certain people to hold her and Lauren was one of them. Lauren would watch Elizabeth and could even get her to eat her vegetables. As Elizabeth grew and got the help she needed, Elizabeth began to make amazing strides. Elizabeth inspired Lauren to help children with autism and build her whole career path on finding better ways to help people with disabilities live their life to their fullest potential. Lauren's favorite memory with Elizabeth is the day Elizabeth made eye contact for the first time with Lauren and began telling her all about the color pink. Lauren would not be where she is today without her favorite little girl (who is not so little anymore), Elizabeth.

Elizabeth Carillo

Jason is Lauren's younger brother, they are about 9 years a part. Lauren wanted a sister but could not be happier with the little brother she got. Lauren remembers singing to him to make him laugh, massaging his little head when he got migraines, reading to him her favorite books, and when he continued to call their dad "Larry" instead of dad. Jason was fearless, except when it came to water. He would cling to people even when he had floatys on but had no issue with going up to strangers and making them his friends. Lauren's favorite memory is when Jason would sing along the show "Family Guy"'s theme song and her mom would get mad. Lauren considers Jason her own and would do anything to help him. He is her little brother, even if he is taller than her now. Lauren cannot imagine this day without her little brother.
