The bus will make 2 trips to the wedding. The first trip leaves at 3:40 pm and the second trip leaves at 4:10 pm. The bus will be running a strict schedule to ensure guests arrive to the wedding by 4:30pm.

Please dress in formal attire and be ready to party! If you plan to join us at the hotel bar after, pack a more comfortable party outfit.

We plan for the ceremony to take place outdoors in the garden at The Avenir. Please bring a sweater or jacket because who knows how cold it will be in October in New England! If it is raining/storming that day, we may change to an indoor ceremony but, Alex and Lauren are dreaming of a wedding with fall foliage, so we will only switch to indoors if we absolutely have to.

Yes, room blocks (with discounted rates) are reserved at The Fairfield Inn by Marriott in Walpole. There are a few other hotels in the area if you prefer, but transportation will only be provided to and from the hotel we book. Feel free to stay where-ever fits your needs best. All rooms must be reserved by 09/27/2023, after that, any rooms booked will be at a regular rate. Please go to the Accommodations and Transportation page for Room Block information and booking link.

The hotel cannot guarantee early check in. If you are booking the hotel room for Saturday night only, we recommend to arrive to the hotel READY FOR THE WEDDING for 3:00 check in. This way you can drop your stuff off in your room and be ready for the bus at 3:40pm.

If you are driving yourself to the venue, there is limited free parking right on the premises. If you are staying at the hotel, please take our provided transportation to and from the venue.

Of course! We will be having an unplugged ceremony so that everyone can just be in the moment, but we'd love to see any photos you do take! Your tables will have a QR code with a link to a Google Photos Album. We would LOVE to have you share your photos with us through this link!

Boston Logan Airport will be the closest. You can also look for flights into Manchester Regional Airport which is about an hour drive from the reserved hotel.
