Lauren was ready to pack up and move west to the mountains and Peter had plans to head east to live closer to his family. Then everything changed when their dating profiles matched. Within the first week of meeting they went on their first date at a local French restaurant, zombie night at a small dive bar, an EDM concert and a John Williams symphony. And the rest of course is history. Their love for travel lead them to Italy in June 2022 where Peter proposed in Lauren’s favorite Tuscan city, Florence. Now they spend their days hitting the gym together, playing chess at a local bar, mountain biking, and of course planning their wedding.

Lauren's best friend she has known since nursing school. They became friends instantly and share mutual love in plants, video games, and all things nerd.  One day they hope to grow old, buy houses next to each other, and spend the days plucking fresh herbs from their garden to use in their cocktails.

Lauren's sister, best friend, and #1 fan. Just kidding. Lauren actually looks up to her little sister, and not just in the literal sense. If Lauren didn't receive a call from Savannah daily she'd think something was terribly wrong. And she wouldn't want it any other way.

Jirah is Lauren's good friend and coworker. Hilariously she was skeptical when Jirah was first hired, but she turned out to be the best coworker and friend she could have asked for.  She also shares her love in Harry Potter, the best restaurants in KC, and a good cocktail.

Also an amazing friend and cowoker, Bri and Lauren have been through some shit together, literally.  She's the life of the party both at work and after work on a girls night out. She is one of the kindest and most charismatic people Lauren knows and is lucky to call her a friend, and now a Bridesmaid.

Lauren met Lianna when they lived in the same apartment building several years ago, and she thought Lianna was the most beautiful girl and radiant soul Lauren had met. From drinking wine by the pool, to analyzing novels in book club, and roller skating on rooftops, Lauren will always cherish the good times they've had together. And the many more that is to come!

Lauren first saw Danielle also at her apartment complex years ago, as she was leading the facilities Book Club discussion. She welcomed Lauren over with open arms and a glass of wine, and the rest is history! Lauren has enjoyed many summer days by the pool and evening cocktails with this lovely lady, and can converse with her for hours about their jobs as nurses, similar passions for fitness, and just life in general.
