Our venue's address is 1 S Forest Beach Dr, Hilton Head Island, SC 29928. The ceremony will take place on the beach, and the reception will be held in the Sky Room. There's a small staircase you must use to access the reception space.

For guests staying at the wedding hotel, you can park for free at the hotel's parking lot. There is a free parking lot right across the street for guests that are not staying at the Beach House Hilton Head Island Hotel.

The ceremony will be outside on the beach, and the reception will be held inside. If it is raining, we will move the ceremony indoors.

If you miss the deadline to reserve a room in our block, reach out to the hotel and mention our wedding anyway—they may be able to accommodate you with our discount in a room outside of our block. If not, you can find additional nearby accommodations on our travel page.

We recommend flying directly into Hilton Head Island Regional Airport. The Hilton Head Island Airport is about 20 minutes away from the wedding venue. Another option is to fly into the Savannah Regional Airport. The Savannah Airport is about an hour away from the wedding venue.

Our dress code is semi-formal beach attire. We suggest long- or short-sleeved shirts paired with slacks or a suit and tie (can be light-colored, such as tan or light blue). A beach semi-formal dress, sundress, or dressy separates would also be appropriate. Instead of heels, we recommend wearing a pair of strappy or platform sandals as the ceremony will be on the sand.

In September, Hilton Head Island, SC has warm and sunny days with average highs in the 80s and lows in the 60s.

We are not allowing additional plus-ones to our wedding, as we'd like to keep the guests list just to those who know us well. The name of every guest invited to attend is listed when you go to RSVP online.

Yes, please let us know by July 1st if you have any dietary restrictions, and we will make sure they are accommodated.

There will be an open bar for guests to enjoy throughout cocktail hour and the reception (6 pm to 10 pm).

Your presence at our wedding is the greatest gift we could ask for! In lieu of traditional gifts, we would be honored if you considered contributing to our honeymoon fund. A wedding card box will also be at our reception.

Our wedding will take place at the Beach House Hilton Head Island Hotel on Friday, September 12, 2025. The ceremony will begin at 5:30 sharp, followed by cocktail hour and the reception, which is anticipated to wrap around 10 pm.

We recommend arriving at the ceremony venue at least 30 minutes ahead of the ceremony start time to ensure you have enough time to walk to the ceremony space and find a seat.

We kindly ask that you keep our wedding ceremony "unplugged" and refrain from taking any photos or videos at our ceremony. We want our guests to truly be in the moment with us during this special part of the day. At the reception, feel free to take photos and videos to share with us.
