Cocktail attire. Men are suggested to wear jackets. We kindly ask that not wear jeans.

The ceremony will begin at 5:30 pm. Please arrive by 5:10 pm. Afford extra time if taking the shuttle from Glade Springs Resort.

We kindly ask that you refrain from taking pictures or videos during the ceremony. We have hired a professional videographer and photographer to capture these special moments. We appreciate your understanding and look forward to sharing the official photos and videos with you after the celebration! Feel free to take as many photos/videos as you'd like during the reception.

Due to a limited space, we are only able to accommodate guests formally invited on your wedding invitation. If you are permitted to bring a plus one, it will be clearly stated on the invitation and there will be an opportunity to state their name when it is time to RSVP.

Unfortunately, our venue's capacity restrictions will not allow us to accommodate everyone's children. We want you to be able to kick back, relax, and celebrate with us! If your child is invited to the wedding their name will be listed on the formal wedding invitation. We appreciate you making arrangements to leave the kids at home!

We strongly encourage booking a room/cabin at Glade Springs Resort ASAP! Glade Springs Resort is the closest location to stay near the venue and there will be transportation services available to take guests to and from the resort/venue.

The shuttle pick up will begin at the main lodge starting at 3:30 pm. We have a 15 passenger van, a Jeep Wagoneer, and a Ford expedition for transport. To avoid any confusion, these will not be Glade Springs Shuttle vans. We would like everyone to not wait until the last shuttle so we can make sure everyone gets there on time. There will be outdoor seating and refreshments for you when you arrive. You may also carpool in your own vehicles and ride the shuttle back to the resort. Your car can be left overnight and then picked up the next morning.
