Our parents remember us meeting at the McConnell’s Mum farm when we were probably about 4 years old, our homes growing up are only half a mile from each other. We didn’t cross paths again until we went to high school together and became friends. I even remember cheering him on, wearing his jersey number at a senior soccer game. We went on our first date in 2021 and have been together ever since!

Info about Forsyth/Downtown/Parking

Forsyth Park Information:  The park is very large with many benches, a famous fountain, fragrant garden and lots of nature. It is in walking distance from many hotels and Inns in the historic district. It also offers a fabulous restaurant that is open from 8am - 3pm and public restrooms that close at 6pm.  Parking:  There are 2 free parking lots at Forsyth Park. Here are address for GPS that make those parking lots easier to find.  The Sentient Bean- 13 E Park Ave, Savannah, GA 31401 (across the street from this address is a large free parking lot. Look for tennis courts.) This is the backside of the park.  Collins Quarter Restaurant- 621 Drayton St Savannah, GA 31401 (Parking is very limited here but offers handicap parking if needed)  Street Parking:  There is also plenty of metered parking around. Metered parking is $2 an hour.
