We'll be arriving midday on Friday and staying through Monday morning. We welcome everyone to join us for the 3 nights if you wish, or simply the day-of if you prefer.

Driving is around 6 hours from Dallas to Bella Vista, AR. It is about 33 minutes from Northwest Arkansas National Airport, and 23 minutes from Bentonville Municipal Airport.

The wedding party and parents will be staying at Cedar Lodge, or the next-door property Emerald Shores. While we wish we could accommodate everyone between these two properties, unfortunately there won't be room. We have compiled some AirBnB/Vrbo and hotel properties that are nearby and affordable for you to rent, should you desire. We will keep updating options on the "Travel" page until we have finalized everyone's lodging. There are plenty more that we didn't list if none of them suit your fancy. Please reach out to us with which lodging option you choose so we can plan accordingly and remove it from the list.

That's perfectly fine! We'd love to be able to spend time with you over the 3 nights, but we absolutely understand that our guests might have other obligations. Come and go at your leisure and if you need a place to rest for an evening, there are tons more hotel options in Bentonville than are listed on the "Travel" page

If there is anyone having difficulty finding/affording lodging, don't fret! Just reach out to us personally and we will look into the options and help make sure you can enjoy this weekend away with us. We want this to be a relaxing weekend for friends and family, not a financial burden.

Unfortunately no. As neither of us drink, we're asking for this to be a weekend of family/friends, where we can enjoy each other's time on this vacation. We're asking people to please not bring any alcohol or drugs. While we won't be policing this, we would greatly appreciate everyone adhering to this request.

If you're wanting to get away from the houses for a bit, there are plenty of options nearby. The main properties are right on Loch Lomond with swimming available, as well as boating. There are also multiple golf courses nearby. For food options there are several small diners in Bella Vista, along with a much larger selection of chain restaurants in nearby Bentonville. Yes! Please let us know whatever questions you have and we will do everything we can to help. We understand a "destination wedding" is not the most ideal for travel and cost purposes and we want to help to the best of our ability. We chose the full weekend because we don't want this to just be a celebration for us, but a chance for family and friends to escape the normal day-to-day and enjoy a vacation together.
