Foxwoods is allowing our guests to do an early check in at 2:00 for the day of the wedding . We might be able to check in earlier than that but they cannot guarantee it . The shuttle bus is arriving at Foxwoods at 2:00, which is the same time as check in . There is 24 hour baggage claim that you can leave all of your luggage with the bell desk . Our suggestions is to plan on getting dressed and ready before heading to Foxwoods. I suggest getting there around 1 so you have enough time to navigate through the casino if you haven’t been there before. Then give your luggage to the bell desk for baggage claim (open 24 hours), grab a drink and hang around until the shuttle bus comes for pickup at 2:00. After wedding the bus will then be arriving to the venue for pick up at 10:00pm. Guest will then be able to claim their baggage, check into their rooms, and change if needed to meet up a TBD restaurant/bar/lounge in casino *shuttle bus will not be available for guests staying at comfort inn*

We decided to keep our wedding and reception an adults-only event (the only exception are the little ones in our bridal party/immediate family). Invitations will be specific and will include the names of the children who are invited. We hope you understand and enjoy a night off!

The ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception will be held on site at Evergreen Farms (204 Hartford Pike Dayville, CT 06241). The ceremony will be held outdoors on loose gravel (weather permitting). Cocktail hour beverages will be offered inside and possibly outside if weather permits. Reception will be held indoors.

We will have transportation to and from the Fox Tower at Foxwoods. However, if you are not staying at the hotel, you can drive, or you can schedule and Uber or Lyft. *You will need to schedule an Uber or Lyft for pickup at the end of the night BEFORE you get to the wedding because cell service is limited. *If you choose to drive there is parking next to the venue.

The ceremony will begin at 3:00pm. Please arrive 15-30 minutes prior to the ceremony to park and find a seat. If you are late to the ceremony and we see you trying to sneak a seat we will call you out and embarrass you, consequences of fun will be followed. There is one at every wedding don't let it be you!

We are requesting semi-formal garden party attire. Khakis and a button down shirt work just fine! Light and comfortable dresses or jumpsuits are prefect too!

Yes! The drinks are on us, but the hangover is on you! Jake & Alexis will be working hard to make sure we have a great time! With that being said PLEASE bring cash to tip your bartenders-without them we'd have no fun and there would be no crazy dance moves!!

Please RSVP as soon as possible, and no later than March 22, or you will be marked unattended! If you don't attend its your loss! But you will definitely be missed and probably harassed for not being there and partying with us!

We will allow a couple minutes at the beginning of our ceremony for our friends and family to take a few quick photos. After that we would like for you to be respectful and keep phones away until the ceremony is completely over. After the ceremony is over we encourage photos/videos to be taken throughout the night! We will have a QR Code at your table for you to access and send all of your photos to us in one shared album!

Dinner will be buffet style to ensure that the food is warm and provide you plenty of delicious choices. We will be offering quite a variety of foods. Passed apps will be available and stationary snacks will be set up so please eat them! We want to make sure you don't starve, weddings can do that to you! Please let us know if you have any allergies or dietary restrictions so we can accommodate for you!
