What is the dress code for welcome drinks and brunch?

Both are very casual! Come however you are comfortable.

Will there be food at the welcome event?

The Welcome event is drinks-only. Please eat before or after. Check out our "Things to Do" page for recommendations.

What’s the dress code for the wedding?

Black-tie-optional. This means tuxedos and long dresses or gowns are perfectly acceptable, though not required. Wear what makes you feel good while you dance the night away!

Where is the wedding?

The Ceremony and Reception will take place at Cescaphe Ballroom located at 923 N 2nd street, Philadelphia, PA 19123. Please note that Cescaphe has other venues around the city, so if you are searching for the venue online, specifically look for the venue called Cescaphe Ballroom.

Can I drive to the wedding?

Absolutely. If traveling by car, valet parking will be available at the venue. We will also provide transportation from the hotels. Please do not drink and drive.

Is there transportation to the wedding?

Yes, we are providing one bus that will do two rounds of transportation. If you can, we encourage guests to take the 4 p.m. bus from Hotel Monaco so that we can ensure there is enough space on the bus for all of our guests. If the bus fills up, we encourage guests to call an Uber or Lyft. The drive is approximately 10 minutes.

Is there transportation at the end of the wedding?

Yes, we are providing one bus that will do two rounds of transportation back to the hotels. The last bus will also go to the after party. Some guests may need to take an Uber or Lyft at the end of the night if the bus is full. The drive is approximately 10 minutes.

Will we be outside in the scorching August heat?

Nope! The ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception will take place inside. The venue has a small covered outdoor area for fresh air if desired, but we expect you to be dancing in the air conditioning!

I RSVP'd but I don't remember selecting my meal. Did I miss something?

No. Guests will select their meal at the wedding. A vegetarian and gluten-free option will be available.

Are children invited?

You all know we love the kiddos in our lives more than anything. However, our reception is 21+. If you have childcare concerns, please talk to us about it. We may be able to recommend babysitters to stay with your kids at the hotel. We want you to feel free to party!
