Our Wedding

Every great love story starts with a bold move—and for us, it began when Lauren sent Jeffrey a heart on Hinge. From the very first message, something just clicked. Conversations flowed easily, laughter was constant, and even across time zones, it felt like we had known each other forever. There was just one small detail: Jeffrey was living in Japan. But distance couldn’t stop what was already unfolding. With excitement (and a lot of courage), Lauren booked a flight across the world to see if this connection was as real in person as it felt through the screen. The moment we met in Japan, we knew—we had something rare, something worth holding onto. From exploring Japan’s hidden corners to building a life full of love, adventure, and shared dreams. Lauren and Jeff made it through an immense amount of long distance globally, to multiple deployments. Finally, both stateside and now living together in the PNW. Our story has been one beautiful chapter after another. We’re so excited to write the next one—surrounded by the people we love most.We can't wait to celebrate with you!
