Renting at "The Springs"

We're so excited for you to join us! For our wedding weekend, most guests will be staying at our discounted housing block at Woodloch Springs ("The Springs"), a private golf community located five minutes down the road from the primary family resort location Woodloch Pines ("The Pines"). -Instead of traditional hotel rooms, Woodloch Springs offers 2, 3, 4, and 5 bedroom rental homes for wedding blocks.Homes are located on cul-de-sac's in close in proximity to one another, so friends and family can enjoy the weekend together! Included in the Springs Homes:-Each house is completely ready upon arrival. - The beds are made and there are towels in each bathroom. Each 2, 3, 4, or 5 bedroom house has a full kitchen with standard equipment (pots, pans, cutlery, dishes etc), iron &amp; ironing board, washer &amp; dryer, grill and WiFi. Housekeeping will provide towels, toilet paper and shampoo &amp; conditioner in each bathroom. -There is one pull-out sofa bed or one rollaway bed in each home.-Access to all family resort amenities is included in your stay.&nbsp;-Shuttle service to and from the wedding is also provided. GROUPS: If you have a group of family and friends you would like to stay in a 2, 3, 4, or 5 bedroom rental home with, one person from your group should call and book the full house for the entire group. INDIVIDUALS: If you are not sure who to stay with, don't worry! We are happy to help organize groups of family and friends to split houses together. Please reach out to us! **To reserve your accommodations, please call 800-966-3562 option 1 for Woodloch Pines, then option 5 for Wedding Accommodations. When you call, be sure to mention you are with the Bianco Wedding to ensure you are getting the discounted wedding rate. A 50% deposit is due at the time of booking. Meals are not included. Feel free to contact us with any questions you have. The houses at the Springs range from 2-5 bedrooms. Each bedroom can fit two adults and has a private bathroom. Kitchens and living areas will be shared by other wedding guests you are staying with. Houses will also all have a pull-out couch so if your group is comfortable with using a pullout couch you can fit an additional two people. 3 Bedroom Homes – Can fit 6 people in the bedrooms and an additional 2 people on the pullout couch.4 Bedroom Homes – Can fit 8 people in the bedrooms and an additional 2 people on the pullout couch.5 Bedroom Homes – Can fit 10 people in the bedrooms and an additional 2 people on the pullout couch. You can arrive at any time and check-in at The Woodloch Market &amp; Guest Home Registration Center, located outside of Woodloch Springs on Route 590. Houses are guaranteed to be ready for check-in at 5pm, but we expect them to be available earlier. Check-out is 11am. Key cards can be made for everyone in the house.

Housing reservations will be open to booking starting May 15, 2026. To reserve accommodations, call 800-966-3562, choose option 1 for Woodloch Pines, then option 5 for Wedding Accommodations. Be sure to mention you’re with the Bianco Wedding to get the discounted rate. A 50% deposit is required at booking. Pricing information will be displayed as soon as it becomes available.

Looking to stay in a hotel?Woodloch also has hotel style rooms but staying there for the weekend is not recommended since you need to also book a meal plan with a traditional hotel room at Woodloch. Check out some nearby Hotels and Airbnb's in the Hawley, PA area. Please note that there will not be a block of rooms or transportation from alternate accommodations.

Woodloch has some seriously great food! From sandwiches and bar food to family-style or lavish spa cuisine there is something for everyone. All sit-down meals on Woodloch's campus do require an advanced reservation: The Main Dining Hall, The Lodge, The InnBecause they tend to book up fast, reservations booked even a few weeks to days out is most ideal. Please call Woodloch's line for more info. The North Lodge, Gigi's Coffeehouse and The Market: have some pub food, sandwiches and convenience items and do NOT require reservations. In addition to a deli counter at The Market, they also have some basic grocery items that can be used to cook in your kitchen. If you anticipate you will do some more serious cooking, we suggest going to the supermarket "IGA" in Hawley to get the best selection.
