• If not staying at the local lodges/hotels, please try to arrive at least 20-30 minutes early! The ceremony takes place halfway up the mountain and it is best to make sure you have plenty of time to get up there. You will receive a pass to take the ski lift up, or a shuttle to take guests up the mountain if you are uncomfortable with the ski lift.
• That being said about transportation - you will only have one ride up to the ceremony and one ride back down to the reception, so make sure you have everything you need before traveling up the mountain (there are restrooms at both locations).
• You can take the ski lift, shuttle (if unable to take lift), or (most fun) alpine slide down the mountain! :)
Note: Children must be 3 yrs. old minimum to ride the lift and 48" tall to ride on slide alone. Kids under 48" can ride the slide on an adults' lap.
• Attire: Semi-formal / Dressy Casual
Note that this is an outdoor event! It will be late August and in the mountains, so it should be sunny and in the 70s, but it may get chilly at night. Recommend wearing comfortable shoes as well.
• Children are welcome but childcare will not be provided!
• If staying at nearby lodging, there will be a shuttle to take you there at the end of the event. HWY 26 is incredibly dangerous at night, so do not walk across! We want you to get back safely!
