Are kids allowed?
Yes! We just ask that you RSVP with the amount of people in your party.
Is the ceremony and reception indoor or outdoor?
The ceremony will be held outside. The reception will be held inside. Both locations are in close proximity to each other.
Is there a block of hotel rooms being held for the wedding?
Yes! Under the accommodation page of the website, you are able to find more details. We have held rooms at the Cambria Hotel in Rapid City. Use our code to get a discount.
When do we need to RSVP by?
May 20th
Where are the ceremony and reception?
They are both taking place at the Heidecker's ranch. The address is located on the invitation.
Will there be food and drinks served at the reception?
Yes. We will have a buffet, dessert, and non-alcoholic beverages.

What are the directions to the venue?
The venue is located off of Neck Yoke Road and there will be signs along to road leading you to the destination.
-Take Pine Grove road off of Neck Yoke
-At the first fork, turn right to continue on Pine Grove Road
-At the second fork, continue straight onto Ember Road instead of taking a right onto Pine Grove Road
-Once you reach the gate to the Heidecker's house continue straight down the gravel road to get to the ranch
Will there be parking?
Yes. There will be a designated parking area at the ranch and parking attendants to help direct you to the right area.
