We have a group rate at the Fairfield Inn in Madison, Indiana, across the bridge (roughly 7 minute drive, and we have a fun Trolley to take you back and forth to the venue). There are many other hotel choices in Madison, Indiana. If you pick one of those, come over to Fairfield Inn to utilize the Trolley if you'd like! Also, there are cute Airbnb options in the area if you'd like to immerse yourself in the beautiful scenery.

You can park at the venue very easily! You will be met by a parking attendant when you pull into Richwood on the River to support you.

Cocktail attire: We suggest men wear a suit or dress shirt with a tie and women wear a midi- or knee-length dress. Most of the events will be outside, so keep the heat in mind!

Both Cincinnati/Northern Kentucky International Airport (CVG) and Louisville Airport are about an hour from the venue.

The reception meal will be served family style. We have options for all types of eaters. Please be sure to note you would like a vegetarian or vegan option on your RSVP.
