We recommend Portland International Jetport (PWM) due to the proximity to our festivities and hotel recommendations but Boston Logan Int'l Airport (BOS) is just under 2 hours away as well.

No! You can walk most of Portland easily. Most Uber or Lyft rides are just 10 mins from the Portland Airport! If you decide to fly to Boston instead, a rental car would be needed, or a bus leaves from Boston Airport to Portland at various intervals, too.
