Black Tie Encouraged, meaning guests have the option of wearing their most formal attire (an evening gown or tuxedo) but may also choose to wear a formal suit or cocktail dress instead.

As the ceremony and reception are both at Willowdale Estate, there will be transportation offered from the DoubleTree Hotel to the venue. There will be two busses making two trips, first trip will be departing from the DoubleTree Hotel at 3:00PM, second trip will be departing at 3:30 PM.

Our wedding is strictly invite only. We will only be able to accommodate those listed on your wedding invitation. If you have any questions please reach out to the bride and/or groom.

Yes, Willowdale has full guest parking.

The ceremony will be held in the courtyard, cocktail hour will be held inside the estate and the reception will be held in the tent.

We kindly ask that you do not have your phones or cameras out during the ceremony. Our photographer and videographer will be capturing during the ceremony.

The estate does not open until 30 minutes before the ceremony begins

Alternate Directions to Willowdale Estate (Use these to avoid Topsfield Fair traffic on Rte. 1) From Boston (using Rte. 1 to Rte. 128): o Connect with Route 128 North (Routes 128 & 95 split in Peabody.
