We have chosen Excellence Coral Playa Mujeres, Mexico for our wedding. It’s a brand new beautiful adults only all inclusive resort on the beach just north of Cancun!

Your arrival destination airport is Cancun International Airport (CUN). Transportation will be provided from the airport to the resort.

Passport! Please be sure to have a valid passport during your travel time or to get one before the festivities. Mexico can still be hot this time of year, so please bring your favorite sunscreen, as well a swimsuits/clothes to wear to the beach!

We have booked our blocks of rooms from October 29th - November 5th, 2025 so we invite you to stay for some or all of that time with us! We highly recommend booking as early as possible to get the room category you would like. Due to the popularity of this resort, rooms and dates can often book out well in advance. We have secured a room block in association with our wedding contract to ensure space and pricing is held for you our guests. This will allow to keep our group organized for all our wedding festivities and prevent additional fees associated for your attendance to our wedding events. They offer competitive prices direct from the resort and personalized service.

You may RSVP once the save the dates are mailed/emailed out. Formal wedding invites are to follow, but given an international destination with a specific booking process, we are including that information with the save the dates to give as much time as possible to book your rooms.

If we do not receive an RSVP back by the date in which we have provided (August 29, 2025) it will be marked as “no”. We will miss you celebrating with us, however we have to provide a total guest count to the venue in the timely manner they have given to us and cannot accept late RSVP’s due to this! Thank you for understanding!

While we love your little ones, our wedding is going to be an adult-only event since it is at an adult only all-inclusive. The minimum age to enter the premises is 18 years old. We understand that traveling without your little ones is difficult, but we appreciate you coming to celebrate us and hopefully have a chance for a mini kid-free holiday to relax and enjoy!

The resort is typically beachy casual, with the exception of a few classier dining restaurants with a dress code such a long pants and collared shirts for men (available on the resort website) if you wish to explore those during your stay. For the wedding, we will have a welcome party with a beachy cocktail dress code, formal rehearsal dinner, and a ceremony/reception with formal beach wedding attire. Think bright colors and florals! Keep an eye on the forecast since Mexico tends to be hot even in the fall.

Yes, weather permitting! The welcome party, rehearsal dinner, and ceremony/reception will all be outdoors. Please plan accordingly. The weather in Cancun this year is typically 80’s during the day and low 70’s at night. It also can get a bit windy in the evenings so we’d recommend bringing a light sweater.
