Dreams Huatulco Resort & Spa
The option we have chosen with the resort is booking directly through their website (which is linked below). We recommend using a desktop computer or laptop to book, because it makes navigating on the website a lot easier.
We have the GROUP CODE: SAVICKASWED which will need to be entered in the area that says "PROMOTIONAL CODE". You will not be able to see this until the very end of the booking process.
This code will provide you the group rate for any room you were interested in booking.
*Please note* if you choose to book this way, you will have to book your flights separately. (please view flight information below)
*Please note* this is not the only option for booking. If you have your own travel agency, are apart of Apple vacations, or have any other options specifically for you, you are more than welcome to use those.
*Please note* We are NOT blocking out rooms. Rooms will be based on availability, so we recommend booking ASAP. All guests will be responsible for any cancellations.
Flights and Hotel Transportation
Flights
When booking flights, your airline options are Volaris and American Airlines. Please see below for more information on both options. You will be flying into "Bahias De Huatulco International Airport" (HUX)
Volaris: Usually has non-stop flights that fly directly into HUX (only run Saturday to Saturday) A non-stop flight is not a guarantee, we are making this assumption based on previous years.
American Airlines: If you plan on staying for less than a week, or Saturday-Saturday doesn't work for your schedule, we recommend checking American Airlines with a stop in Dallas (DFW). A common flight is Wednesday-Sunday.
Hotel Transportation
To book your transportation from the airport to the hotel (Dreams Huatulco) you will need to call +52-958-587-2879 to connect with AMSTAR. Let AMSTAR know you need transportation from the airport to Dreams Huatulco. AMSTAR will provide you the option of booking a private transfer or a group bus. We recommend booking a private transfer.
**If you're booking through Apple Vacations, your flight and transportation to hotel will already be included. This is for guests booking hotel and flight separately**
