The requested attire is Cocktail/Semi-formal/Dressy casual. We ask that you please not wear the following: T-shirts, activewear, or cargo shorts. Time

Ceremony begins promptly at 4:30 PM, dinner and dancing to follow ending at 9:30 PM.

What time should I arrive?

Our ceremony will begin promptly at 4:30 pm so we request guests plan to arrive no earlier than 4:00 pm but no later than 4:25 pm. Guests who have not arrived by the start of the ceremony are kindly asked to refrain from entering until the ceremony has concluded. We appreciate your understanding in ensuring Lauren and I have our special moment, uninterrupted.

where should I sit?

The first two rows of seats on both sides will be reserved for members of the wedding party and immediate family. Unless you are told prior to the wedding day by only the Bride/Groom PLEASE refrain from sitting in these reserved seats. The occupants of the reserved seating area will be informed well in advance. Any other seat is first come first serve! We do ask that upon the beginning of the ceremony if there are any seats closest to the aisle still open that you please scoot down toward the aisle to fill the space. As for the reception the same applies, there are reserved tables for the wedding party only (Bridesmaids/groomsmen/parents/grandparents). All other tables are first come first serve.

Who can I bring?

Each invitation will be specific in who is invited to the event. Please do not bring ANY additional guests other than those indicated on the invitation. Any guests we are not informed of prior to the event will be asked to leave. Here are a few examples of what your invite may include and what they indicate: "We request the presence of Jane and John Doe"( Only those specifically named) "We request the presence of Jane Doe +1" (You +1) "We request the presence of John Doe + Family" (Spouse + children only)

Are children welcome?

Are you unsure if you should get a babysitter or bring them along? Keep in mind that YES, your little ones are more than welcome to attend both the ceremony and reception. But by request of the owners of the venue, all children must be supervised by a responsible adult at ALL TIMES! This will be strictly enforced by the vendors.

Can I take pictures?

We will be having an unplugged ceremony, meaning the use of personal cameras and smartphones will be prohibited until the conclusion of the ceremony. This is to ensure that our photographers/videographers are able to do their best work in capturing our big day. As for after the ceremony, you are HIGHLY encouraged to take as many pictures as you like. We will have a sign with a QR Code that will allow you to upload your pictures from the day to a shared album. This way we can all enjoy your pictures together!

what about the BAR?

We will be having an open bar, containing both alcoholic and nonalcoholic beverages. Per request of the venue the bartenders are not allowed to serve shots at the bar. We will also have some fun signature drinks for you all ;). Brice's Qui-Gon- Gin (Gin and tonic) and Lauren's Butter beer. Although the Qui-Gon-Gin is only offered with alcohol, the butter beer can be made either way. Just be sure to ask the bartender!

Gifts/Registry

Gifts are not required but are greatly appreciated as your presence is the greatest gift. But if you would like to give us a gift, you can view our registered items as well as the link to our honeymoon fund by clicking the Button labeled Registry on our website. You may notice we do not have many traditional wedding gifts on our registry as we prefer experiences over physical items. You can contribute to our honeymoon fund or towards specific excursions directly through our registry. You can send physical gifts to our home prior to the event or just bring them along to the wedding, whatever you prefer!

Smoking

Even though our venue is outdoors, smoking is strictly prohibited within the event space. Those who wish to smoke will have to do so in the designated areas.

Where do I park?

There are multiple parking lots at our venue, the guest parking lot is the largest one farthest back. The smaller parking lots closest to the event area are reserved for vendors and wedding party/those arriving early for pictures. For easiest access enter as shown in the picture below.

Music

Our DJ will be playing our customized playlist and will not be taking song requests other than those requested at the time of RSVP. Since there will be many children in attendance the first half of the reception will be family friendly. With that being said, at around 7:00 pm the adult playlist will start. If you wish not to expose yourself or your family to such events then it is best to say your goodbyes before then! Everyone is welcome to stay for the entire event but please keep this in mind!
