Our Story

Details

Paige, is Lauren's identical twin sister. As her best friend and womb-mate it's only fitting she would be the Maid of Honor. 

Paige Maloney 

 Marie and Lauren met in a bathroom at Camp Airfijan, Kuwait during their deployment in 2006-2007. A lifelong friendship developed through simple conversation thousands of miles away in front of a bathroom mirror (you got to love the military).

 Allison, (also known as Pip) was Lauren's basketball teammate at Methodist College and roommate. Teammates and friends Lauren, Pip, and Dolly (another bridesmaid) have known each other for over 11 years (wow, we are old, lol) and been apart of some crazy adventures and the lows and highs in each others lives. Lauren couldn't ask for better friends. 

Allison Compton-Hardy 

 Jennifer, (also known as Dolly) was Lauren's basketball teammate at Methodist College and roommate. Jennifer Dollyhigh

Jeannette, was the first friend Lauren made when she got to Fort Rucker as they bonded over being from California. Jeannette, took Lauren to the Rawls where she would eventually meet Blake through Jeannette. So thank Jeannette (as Blake and I do) for bringing us together.

Ronald is Blake's Dad. He is one of the many people who have helped raise Blake to be the Man he is today. I can't thank Ronald enough for raising such an amazing Man. #lifegiver

Clay is Blake's big brother, helpful advisor, and friend.

Daniel Bradley 

Jason is Blake's oldest friend. During a session of finger painting and eating play-dough in kindergarten Blake and Jason struck up a friendship and it's last ever since.

Aaron is Blake's Step-Dad and wonderful man. He loves Kathy Blake's Mom which makes Blake very happy!

My Mom is my biggest fan and I love her more than I can express with words. She has been a mentor, confidant, and friend.

Karen Langford 

My Dad is my spiritual advisor. His faith is unwavering and I'm always trying to attain that for myself. I love him and I thank him for all that he has done for me.

Kathy has done a great job raising the man of my dreams!! From the first time I met her in her PJs she has welcomed me with loving and open arms. I'm being blessed with a great Mother-in-Law.

Peyton is Kathy and Aaron's grandson. He is sweet funny little boy. I'm sure he will steal the spotlight from me as our ring bearer! lol

The hotel opens in September. You can book rooms in September. We have 20 rooms under Grantham Wedding available at $104 a night. We've also added other hotels in the area. However, transportation will be provided to all event sites from this hotel and this hotel only.

Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott 

The Dothan Regional Airport (DHN) is the closest airport to Enterprise. It is approximtely 31 miles from Enterprise. It can range from a 30/45 minute drive to the hotel, reception, and ceremony venues. It will probably be the most expensive airport to fly into.

Northwest Florida Beaches International Airport (ECP) is 86 miles away from Enterprise. This should be a less expensive airport to fly into. It will take you about an hour and half to get to Enterprise (1:30hr). They have all the major rental car companies available at this airport.

This hotel does not have blocked off rooms for our wedding but is available if you dont want to use the Fairfield Inn and Suites. This hotel is less than 3 miles from the ceremony and reception venue.

Holiday Inn Express & Suites Enterprise

This hotel also does not have blocked off rooms for our wedding but is available if you choose not to book at the Fairfield Inn and Suites. This hotel is located less than 3 miles from both the ceremony venue and the reception.

Hampton Inn Enterprise

Montgomery Regional Airport (MGM) like ECP is 86 miles away from Enterprise and will be about an hour and half (1:30hr) drive to Enterprise. Again, this airport will probably be cheaper to fly into than DHN. Also MGM has all the major car rental companies except Enterprise Rental available to use.

Destin, Fort Walton Beach Airport (VPS) also known as Northwest Florida Regional Airport is 95 miles away from Enterprise. It will take you about an hour and forty minutes (1:40hr) to get to Enterprise. All the major rental car companies are available for use at this airport.

This hotel is also available to reserve rooms if you do not want to use the Fairfield Inn and Suites. This hotel is right next door to the Fairfield. This hotel is also less than 3 miles from the ceremony and reception venues.

Candlewood Suites Enterprise

Southwest Georgia Regional Airport (ABY) is 114 miles from Enterprise. I have never used this airport. So, I'm not sure about the price point at this airport. However, it will take you two hours and fifteen minutes to get to Enterprise. The available rental car companies are Avis, Hertz, Enterprise, and Budget.

Pensacola International Airport (PNS) is 121 miles from Enterprise. It will take you about two hours (2hr) to drive to Enterprise. All major rental car companies are located at this airport. This is a good airport and the price will be cheaper to fly into here than DHN.
