Please arrive by 4:50pm to ensure that you are seated with a drink in hand before the ceremony begins. The ceremony is located in the Schimmel Ballroom on the 8th floor of the hotel. An Usher will be standing in front of the gold elevators to guide you to the ballroom.

We are asking that our guests dress their best for our special day! Our preferred attire is Black-Tie Optional.

As you arrive for our ceremony, you can either valet your car in the circle drive directly in front of the Cottonwood Hotel or park in the parking lot directly to the south of the hotel (36th & Harney).

While we love your little ones, we kindly request that this is an adults-only celebration.
