We recommend arriving at the ceremony venue at least 30 minutes ahead of the ceremony start time to ensure you have enough time to walk to the ceremony space (located about a 5-minute walk from the parking lot) and find a seat.

We request our guests wear cocktail attire. A suit or a dress shirt with a tie or jacket is suggested. A midi- or knee-length dress or dressy separates are also welcome. No jeans please. Guests will walk to the ceremony on paved pathways, but will need to step on grass or gravel briefly to take their seats.

For guests within driving distance of the venue, there is free on-site parking.

There is handicap parking and we will provide golf cart rides from the parking lot to the ceremony for those who need it.

Our ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception will all be held outside, so please dress accordingly. Cocktail hour and reception will be covered. If cold weather, there will be heaters under the tent. If there is rain, the ceremony will be moved under the tent as well.

Early October temperatures in Akron typically range from 55-65 degrees. Please check the weather for according dress closer to the day.

We kindly ask that you keep our ceremony "unplugged" and refrain from taking any photos or videos at that time. We want our guests to truly be in the moment with us during this special day.

We love your children, but our wedding is adult only unless specified. We look forward to a special evening of love, laughter, and fun!

We will not be providing guest transportation throughout the wedding weekend. Our wedding location is a fifteen-minute drive from the hotel and is easily accessible via ride-share services.

The hotel block and wedding are closest to Akron-Canton Airport (CAK). Flying into Cleveland Hopkins International Airport (CLE) is also within 1 hour.

There will be an open bar for guests to enjoy throughout cocktail hour and the reception.

Your presence at our wedding is the greatest gift we could ask for! If you would like to honor us with a gift, you can have it delivered to our home at 7825 Campton Cir NW North Canton, OH 44720. A wedding card box will be at our reception.
