Everyone always asks.. "What's your story?" ... Or " How did you Meet?" Of course, Like any story there are two sides to it!

Lauren's version:

He started out as just Chase, the name to the number that kept popping up on my phone.. always at the most inconvenient time. LOL! Chase's name was always there with a new message.. and I mean ALWAYS. His messages were always there with the classic dad jokes to the cheesy pick up lines. Even when I found myself not in the mood to answer, I always would. And he would always reply. A few weeks went by and we went on a first date.. to the one and only place.. Oscars here in Jefferson City, Mo! And of course you know I had to be so basic and get the chicken tenders and he of course had to have the country fried steak and mashed potatoes.. ( Which according to Chase those are must have at every meal!) During our first date I very quickly realized just how smart, corky but also down to earth this guy really was. To fast forward a little, I grew to actually look forward to seeing his name pop up on my phone.. it no longer annoyed me.. LOL. Chase is known for doing the "Little Things" - And I am first to say that, that is what I love most about him, as our relationship grew, we went through covid together, I worked at a local hospital.. night shift, and he was home in KC for the pandemic. We went from an hour apart to about 2.5hrs apart- but we made it work.. HE made it work with the "Little Things", which played a huge part in such a new relationship. The classic facetime calls to trying to catch each other via text all while both living our own lives had its moments, but to say the least- It was the best part. We learned so much about each other so fast. Another fast forward- To meeting the ones that mean the most to him- His family and Friends.. Completely made me fall even more for this guy named Chase from KCMO. The way he was around his family, his family in general and then his friends. As the time grew so did we as a couple, From Family vacations to endless football games and of course those lovely S&T get togethers and much more. Almost every weekend we were side by side. Chase soon became Chaser then to Yukon... Yes as in Yukon Cornelius, trust me you won't be able to unsee it and I love it! To now, my Fiance.. Soon to be husband. We have created so many memories together thus far, and we have only just begun.
