<p>In 2021, Lauren decided to compete at a different horse show than she usually does, allowing her to be home at her apartment in Washington, D.C. a day early. That day she was spending time at her apartment complex’s pool while David happened to be in town from Chicago, IL visiting one of his best friends. David approached her, and the rest was history. In a world where modern dating is driven by dating apps, Lauren and David are very happy they found each other “the old fashioned way.” Many trips and laughs later, David left his life in Chicago to move to Washington, D.C. to be with Lauren and Lambo. Since then Lauren and David got another dog, Aston, to add to the chaos, and moved to Frederick, MD to be closer to Lauren’s family (and horse). Lauren and David’s new home is filled with love and happiness, and they are looking forward to sharing their love with their family and friends at their wedding.</p>
