Our Wedding

Lauren met Chuck the weekend before Memorial Day 2021. Chuck had just moved downtown and his friends were all out of town for the weekend. Not one to waste a beautiful day, he accepted an invitation from a mutual friend to meet up for pizza and drinks at Parlor Pizza in Wicker Park. As soon as he walked in and sat down, Lauren was smitten by his big smile and fresh sneakers. Being naturally outgoing, Lauren struck up a conversation over the appetizer, and the night took off from there. After meeting up with more friends later, the night ended with a sunset rooftop house party kiss—a perfect Chicago summer day. Their love continued to grow from that moment on.
