As you approach the venue, you’ll be directed to park at a nearby field. We will have shuttles running to the parking area that you will hop on!

Cocktail attire! There will be some grass and gravel areas, so please wear wedges, block heels, or flats!

If you want to stay close to the venue, we recommend staying in Kalama or Woodland. The Kalama harbor lodge will book early so call them soon if you wish to stay there! You can also stay in Vancouver or portland, but there are limited Ubers in Kalama, so we would recommend renting a car if you stay farther away! Here are a few recommendations! Ilani Casino, an airbnb in Kalama, McMenamin’s Harbor Lodge (higher cost option, very close to the venue), Any hotel close to the shuttle pick up location in Hazel Dell.

Please do not count on there being Ubers available to take you home from the venue. The property is in the country, and Ubers are not commonly available! We will have a free shuttle service running from Office Depot (8812 NE 5th Ave, Vancouver, WA 98665) to the venue in Kalama. The shuttle will depart at 4:00pm to take guests to the venue. The shuttle will pick guests up at 11pm and return to Office Depot after the wedding. This will put you within range of getting an uber. If you would like to utilize this service, please text Lauren at 917-691-2562. If you are planning to drive to the event, there will be a field for parking about .2 miles away from the venue. There will be golf carts shuttling guests to the venue from the parking area. Austin’s parents have graciously offered their home for this event, so we ask that if you are driving you DO NOT drink and drive. Other ideas for transportation: You can try to reserve an uber in advance (no guarantees this will work!). You can call ahead and book a taxi in advance. You can ask your hotel if they offer a shuttle service. If you are local, you can have a family member drive you.
