We have both Friday night (10/11) and Saturday night (10/12) blocked off at these two hotels for our guests. If you choose to stay, you may choose to stay one night or two. Just adjust your dates of stay when booking your rooms. Please book by September 2024 in order to reserve the rate.

If you are planning on checking in on Saturday (the 12th) we highly recommend calling to see if you can get early check ins! Some Boston hotels don’t have regular check in until 4pm which might be a time crunch for those looking to get ready and get to the venue by 4:45.
