Richmond International Airport is about 15 minutes from the venue. Additionally, Dulles International Airport offers more direct flight options from certain destinations and is about 2 hours from the venue.

The Jefferson Hotel offers self-parking in a secure lot at the rate of $20.00 for overnight guests. Valet parking is available using the Franklin Street entrance at the rate of $38.00 for overnight guests. The Jefferson also offers free shuttle transportation within a 2 mile radius for all hotel guests. If you are not staying at the Jefferson, we ask that you please refrain from drinking and driving. Downtown Richmond is a metropolitan area where it's easy to call Ubers, Lyfts and taxis, if you choose not to walk.

Both the ceremony and reception will take place in the Empire Ballroom, inside the Jefferson Hotel. Cocktail hour will take place in the Rotunda, also inside.
