The GAP is a famous rail trail, spanning 150 miles from Pittsburgh, PA to Cumberland, MD. Lauren and her friend, Sarah, frequent the GAP in the summer months. One of their favorite areas to ride is West Newton, where there is a great bike shop to rent bikes and a pop up brewery for a post-biking beer!
