Road Construction 

Guests traveling to Stoughton via the Interstate will encounter a short detour as they enter Stoughton, at the intersection of County Hwy N and US 51. It is well marked by the WI Dept. of Transportation. This detour will lead guests back to HWY 51/Main St. in Stoughton via neighborhood streets. The Lageret is approximately 1 mile west of the detour. Please note, police are enforcing the road closures and issuing traffic citations. Please do not attempt to drive through the closed or local-traffic only construction areas.

Our Wedding

Bryce and Lauren met and fell in love in their most favorite place in the world, Bagley. Bryce grew up in the small town where Lauren spent magical summers with friends and family. Like any town of 379 people, everyone knows everyone, and Bryce and Lauren were no different. But everything changed one summer, when Bryce invited her to a party. The rest is history. Summers in Bagley quickly turned to winters in Madison, as Bryce supported Lauren through her undergrad years and she took every opportunity to slip away and visit him in Bagley. After Lauren's graduation, Bryce took the big step of moving away from his home and joining Lauren in Madison. They loved their little life in Monona. Then, Bryce took a leap and left Wisconsin with Lauren to go to Washington, D.C. Again, they built a life together in a new place. Finally, after two years of work, Lauren got into law school. As he had been for nearly a decade, Bryce stood by her side and supported her unconditionally. The couple continued to bring out the best in each other in Somerville, Massachusetts. Through all their moves, Bryce expanded his many talents in the concrete business. With his hard work he enjoyed countless successes. During the summer between Lauren's first and second year of law school, the couple accompanied two of their best friends on their honeymoon in Mexico. After a private, romantic dinner on the beach, Bryce popped the question. With a resounding yes, nearly ten years after first saying I love you in a parking lot, Lauren and Bryce took the first step to *officially forever.

Best friends since 2001. Photograph is Reiley and Lauren on their first day of preschool at Montessori. Yes, they held hands the entire day. 

Reiley Collins 

Danced the Clara dream together (Nutcracker, 2009). Lauren was a mooch before getting her license, and their rides to/from school are only a fraction of cherished, shared memories.

Michelle Zancanaro 

The brunette yin to Lauren’s blonde yang. Inseparable in the dance studio, school cafeteria… and everywhere they went. Their bond survives adulthood and varying geographical distances.

Kali Madden

Brought together by their loves, Bryce and Austin. Stuck together as kindred, feminist, soul sisters.

Andrea Duncan

Still “Nikki Huth the 1 w/ the Creepy Roommate” in Lauren’s phone, these academic soulmates met at UW. The universe has since brought them back together to Boston grad schools.

Nicole Huth 

Together since the beginning of time. Constantly in trouble. Even school didn’t dare put these cousins/best friends in the same class for fear of their fun.

Austin Martin

Some of the dumbest-funniest stories in Bryce's arsenal include his cousin.  Many sleepovers listening to Rock 108, sneaking beers, and talking about life.

Mitch Clark

Lots of memories. Lots of adventures. Beach times were the best times, no worries in the world.

Brandon Laufenberg 

Older and sometimes wiser. Always armed with words of encouragement. Both have lived in Madison, regrettably at different times.

Check in is at 3:00pm and check out is at 12:00pm. Rooms have been reserved in the block for Friday (Aug. 15) and Saturday (Aug. 16), for those needing that accommodation. This hotel is a lovely alternative for those guests looking to enjoy Madison a bit more. This AmericInn by Wyndham is 12 miles from the wedding venue in Stoughton, right off the Beltline, in Monona. No block of rooms has been set aside at this hotel, but it is a wonderful option for those guests looking for Madison adventure. Breakfast is included and the hotel has a pool.
