We had our first true "meeting" on Valentine's Day, 2022, at the church we both call home in Nashville, The Belonging Company. I had been leading worship that night for an event Jordan was mixing sound for. In the weeks that followed we found ourselves staying late to chat in the parking lot after Wednesday night youth group services, and I was singing more at the Columbia campus Jordan is the production manager of...I found myself subconsciously looking for him at the end of every service!

Eventually church parking lot chats turned into exchanging phone numbers and racking up the hours spent talking late at night. We found out we had been in close proximity to each other for years, but never had met or connected until this point. God's timing and story-writing has honestly left me in awe.

By early summer last year, we had both prayed and felt peace about officially dating, and it wasn't long after that we knew we wanted to spend forever as a team! Jordan proposed on Valentine's Day of this year in the most beautiful location - his go-to prayer spot by a beautiful creek on the property he lives on, decked out with candlelight and a handwritten letter framed and hung on a tree, with our song "Sparks" by Coldplay playing in the background. He gave me the most perfect heart-shaped ring of my dreams, too!

We are getting married on the anniversary of our first official date, July 22nd, and can't wait to have you all there to celebrate with us!
