Hilton Garden Inn PICK UP times going to Golden Mast:
- 3:30pm
- 3:55pm
- 4:15pm (reminder that cocktail hour starts at 4pm) this pick up time will only happen if there is anyone still at the hotel after the first 2 pick ups
Also, you are welcome to drive to cocktail hour and leave your car overnight at Golden Mast and take the night shuttle back to the hotel. Golden Mast just requests that you pick your car up by 9am on Sunday morning. Thank you!

For the shuttle picking up people at 3:30pm to go to cocktail hour, you will be arriving at Golden Mast a few minutes before cocktail hour officially starts, but feel free to hang out by the lake for a little!

We have a block of hotel rooms for those interested in staying overnight. You can choose to book 1 or 2 nights, the block is open both August 15th and August 16th.
We have limited rooms blocked and cannot open more rooms until our entire block has been reserved, so please book as soon as you can!
Check-in is at 3pm and check-out is at 11am.
Reservations close entirely on July 15th.
