We kindly ask that you RSVP no later than July 9th, 2025 in order to provide the venue with a total guest count in a timely manner!

Due to limited capacity, we are only able to accommodate those guests formally invited on your wedding invitation. The names of guests invited - including plus ones - will be explicitly stated on your invitation.

Invitations will be specific and include the names of children who are invited. Otherwise, we encourage you to enjoy this as a date night!

Yes! We have a room block at the Best Western Plus on Arrington Rd in College Station - more information is listed on the "Travel" tab. Recommendations for other hotels are listed if you wish to stay somewhere else, but we do not have room blocks reserved for those.

Formal attire. We recommend ladies wear midi or maxi length dresses or gowns and gentlemen wear a suit and tie (slacks and a nice dress shirt is also suitable). Fun, bright colors are encouraged. We kindly ask no jeans, denim or shades of white please! The ceremony will begin promptly at 5:30 pm - we ask that guests arrive at least 20-30 minutes before so that everyone can be seated on time.

Yes! Both the ceremony and reception will be indoors. Cocktail hour will be outdoors and we will have large fans blowing on a covered patio.
