Please respond by Sunday, June 29, 2025, so we can plan accordingly.

Cocktail Attire.

This means no jeans, t-shirts, shorts, athletic wear, excessively revealing or short dresses, or overly casual shoes like sneakers or flip-flops.

Both the ceremony and reception will take place at:

Chesapeake Bay Beach Club

Beach House Ballroom

500 Marina Club Road

Stevensville, MD 21666

The venue will begin letting guests into the beach house at 5:00 PM.

Please plan to arrive no later than 5:25 PM, as the ceremony will begin shortly after.

The easiest way to get to the venue is by shuttle or personal vehicle.

There will be two shuttle services available:

1. One shuttle will stop at the Hilton, Best Western, and Holiday Inn, starting at 4:30 PM to pick up guests and head to the venue.

2. A separate shuttle will be provided by The Inn at Chesapeake Bay Beach Club for guests staying there.

We strongly recommend using the shuttle service, as rideshare options like Uber and Lyft are NOT available in the area.

If you choose to drive, parking is available at the venue, but please note that space is limited due to multiple weddings occurring at the same time.

The Ceremony will take place outside, weather permitting, and will last about 15-20 minutes.

Cocktail Hour and the Reception will take place inside.
