You are able to RSVP through this website! Just click the tab above that says RSVP or go through the home page. The tab will be open online after formal invitations are sent. Please RSVP by March 1, 2025. When responding, please only include those listed on invitation.

If a plus one is listed under your RSVP, please specifically name who you will be bringing. If you will be coming unaccompanied, please decline your plus one.

We highly recommend booking within the ranch! You'll be closer to the venue and can stay with family/friends. Rental sizes differ based on size of group. Reach out to the ranch lodging team and they will be able to assist with any other concerns or questions. See more lodging info under the travel tab. You will receive a 15% discount when stating you are part of the Wick-Hess wedding.

The ceremony will be held outdoors, weather permitting. Festivities will move inside for the reception afterward. The ceremony and reception are at the same location: The Lodge at Black Butte Ranch.
