Where are the ceremony and reception taking place?

Both the ceremony and reception will take place at Receptions Event Center in Erlanger, KY.

What time do I need to arrive?

The ceremony will begin at 5:30pm, so ideally it would be best for guests to arrive around 5pm.

Will the ceremony and reception be indoor or outdoor?

Both are indoor.

Are the ceremony and reception location wheelchair accessible?

Yes, the facility is 100% wheelchair accessible, all one-level and no steps to worry about!

Will food and drinks be served at the reception?

A full sit-down meal will be served and it will be buffet-styled. The facility is accommodating to food allergies, so please let us know what kind of restrictions you have when you RSVP. We will be serving food items that are gluten free dedicated. We will have dessert options that are completely gluten free, dairy free, and nut free from the Chubby Bunny Bakery. As far as refreshments go, it will be open bar immediately after the ceremony.

Where should guests park? Is parking free?

There is plenty of parking available in front of the facility, and yes, it is free.

What happens after the ceremony?

After the ceremony, the bridal party will be taking pictures nearby for around 1.5 hours. Guests can head straight to the reception area where we will be serving finger foods and beverages.

What should I wear? Is there a dress code?

Business casual is requested.

Can I take and post pictures of the wedding on social media?

Absolutely!

When is the RSVP deadline? Do I need to mail back my RSVP or can I do it online?

We are asking that you please RSVP by at least February 23, 2024. You can either mail it or RSVP online via our website, whichever is easiest/more convenient for you! Please note that if you do not RSVP by the deadline, then we will assume you are unable to attend.

What should I do if I can't make it?

You will be missed! If you can't make it to the wedding, please let us know as soon as possible and RSVP "no," so we can plan accordingly.

Are kids welcome?

While we love your little ones, our wedding is going to be an adults-only event so that everyone can relax and enjoy the evening. We appreciate you making arrangements ahead of time and leaving the kids at home so you can celebrate with us.

Are there hotels nearby for those coming in from out of town?
