Please book your hotel room using the tab Accommodations by April 1, 2024.

Promptly at 3:00pm. Please be ready in the lobby a few minutes before.

There is one departure shuttle and it leaves from the hotel at 3:00 pm. Please make sure you are on time for the shuttle otherwise you will need to drive.

There is one return shuttle at 10:00 pm to take you back to the hotel. There are no multiple shuttles.

You can call the hotel the morning of the wedding and see if you will be able to check in early. If your room will not be available prior to 4 pm, the hotel will hold your bags.

Yes, the hotel will hold your room for you until 2 a.m. before it is considered a no-show and cancelled. Therefore, you can check in after the wedding.

Yes, a complimentary breakfast is included in your hotel stay the next morning from 6:30 a.m. to 10:00 a.m. in the lobby of the hotel. We hope you will join us the next morning! We will be down by 8:00a.m.
